Touch of Yellow
I pulled out one of my favorite dresses I've had for years. I picked it up at H&M and fell in love with the simple floral pattern a long time ago. I decided to give the tiered skirt a refresh and added this adorable straw clutch (last seen here) and wedges (worn with shorts in this post). A good way to dress down something fancy is to wear your hair loose and add casual accessories. You can also do the opposite if you are trying to make a more casual dress fancy. Put your hair in an up-do and add more formal accessories.
