Rainbow Hat
Hat: Gap // Overalls: Machine Denim // Jacket: Tommy Girl by Tommy Hilfiger // Boots: Bass // Scarf: Sonoma (Kohl's from two seasons ago)
I figured since we still have a few weeks left of Winter I'd rewind to the end of January and share more about my New England Road trip. Today's post was one of my favorite looks on the road trip. While I was in Freeport, Maine I picked up this rainbow colored beanie from their Gap store. Although it's currently sold out, I did give you guys similar options below under Shop the Post. A little color goes a long way with neutrals like this white puffer jacket and dark overalls.
Overalls are really comfortable if you choose a pair that's stretchy. I will share a two other looks I have in an upcoming post, but I wore them with three different shirts over two days of traveling. With a quick change of a boot and top, it was easy to get more mileage out of what I was wearing.
On the way to New Hampshire, we stopped at a few places like this small town called Gray, Maine. The views were so beautiful! Especially the thick snow. In some places it was a couple of feet high! I loved every minute. While in Freeport I also found this great pair of hiker boots from G.H. Bass. They are still available through their factory outlet site for less than $50. I love the bright red laces and gray material. They actually come in four different colors and are water resistant. I'm going on an upcoming hiking trip and will be bringing these babies along!
