We have to have lower feelings to understand how positive we can feel.
But you don’t have to stay in anxiety.
Next time you find your pulse race, your head gets light or dizzy, or you feel uneasy in your stomach - Imagine the thoughts wrapped in light.
Circle the thought with that vision. Place your hand over your heart.
Breathe in. Then, breathe out.
Keep imagining the light.
You can do this. You can change your thought patterns. You can leave anxiety behind. You don’t have to be scared anymore.
