30 Days of Outfits: Day 6

Today is now Day 6 of 30 Days of Outfits! This series has been so much fun to put together. Today I am sharing the cutest travel look. They come in a variety of colors but this canyon pink had me at hello. I paired it with more stripes and then added blush sneakers to elongate my legs. Since I’m only 5’0 I use all the tricks! Cozy Rose and Mocha Outfit

Oh my goodness what a great weekend! Felt like the first weekend in a long time that my daughter and I had the chance to just kick back and spend time home together. On Saturday, I got dolled up and took us out to brunch at 1 pm at The Cookshack which opened recently in College Station. Somewhat limited menu, revolving around chicken and waffles, cute modern atmosphere, and huge portions. You could easily split a portion if you eat on the lighter side. We both got the chicken and waffles and picked our sides out accordingly. I recommend stopping by one of these if you live near one! I wore the cutest pink and mocha ensemble. I paired this roomy baby doll tunic top with a rose-colored coat. I love the combo of rose pink and mocha brown. They compliment one another so much! I paired it with an oversized envelope clutch, over-the-knee boots, and vegan leather pants. I have to say, this pair of leggings has gotten a lot of use this season. Sweet Spring Picnic

As a work from home momma who also does distance learning with her kiddo, I have to tell you getting an afternoon to refill my cup is always appreciated! I love taking time to have a slower day on the weekends when my daughter visits other family. Lounging outdoors on a blanket with a picnic is seriously the best reward for a long week of hard work. Texas is just incredible during the Spring with perfect temperatures and wildflowers blooming all over the place. I couldn’t help but take advantage of the day by going to the park and reading a little Emerson for the afternoon.
