12 Timeless Pieces You Need In Your Fall Wardrobe
It’s about this time of year I start to tire of endless sun dresses and hats. I start rotating out the summer floral and gingham prints and start rotating in some of my favorite pieces for Fall. Although I wear pink all year round, I do gravitate to different textures during the cooler months. If you are a pink person look to suede, cable knit sweaters, and wool textures to swap out some of your cotton and linen pieces from Summer. You can make minor additions like a leopard print scarf to bring almost any outfit into Fall or just swap out your summer sandals for classic ballet flats.
For outerwear, you can never go wrong with two styles: a classic trench and a moto jacket. Both allow you to grab one and go by throwing over dresses, skirts, suits, and sweaters. I recommend sizing up in both so you can easily layer sweaters underneath during the cold months. A trench coat is great for work and shopping on the weekends while I reserve a moto jacket for dinner or date nights!
Last but not least consider updating and upgrading a few accessories. I love my Ted Baker pink satchel and it’s carried me through many years. You can also switch out a bulky wallet for a card case. I opted to change out my apple watch band for a pretty leather one! Also, don’t forget to protect your eyes! Classic aviators from Ray-Ban are my favorites of all time since they are durable and don’t pinch!
