Anti-aging Skincare Serums

Since I’m almost 40 I’ve been paying so much more attention over the past few years to keep my skin looking healthy and vibrant. We recently purchased the Anespa Home Spa System and it removes all chlorine and harsh chemicals out of our water leaving our skin and hair soft and healthy. It also has a Japanese mineral hot stone that does wonders for adding nutrients to your water for clear skin. On top of that, I drink alkaline hydrogen water and slather on several serums throughout the week to help age backward! Here is a breakdown of what I’m currently using. All of them are affordable options with clean ingredients. I tend to have dry, sensitive skin and these add moisture without irritating my pores.

  • Good Molecules Discoloration Serum - When I got pregnant with my son last year I developed melasma which is formulated with an advanced form of tranexamic acid (cetyl tranexamate mesylate) and 4% niacinamide, this lightweight serum improves the appearance of age spots, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and sun damage.

  • Plexaderm Triple ActionVitamin C Serum - This serum is a perfect addition to any skincare routine. Vitamic C helps heal scars and creates a youthful glow. This Protect boosted serum provides antioxidant defense from free radicals, which are caused by environmental stressors such as sun exposure. Vitamin C has many benefits such as anti-aging properties, and hydration.

  • The Ordinary Retinol 1% in Squalane - Squalane is one of the best ingredients you can put on your skin. This one has 100% Plant-Derived Squalane that hydrates your skin while supporting its natural moisture barrier. Squalane is an exceptional hydrator found naturally in the skin, and this formula uses 100% plant-derived squalane derived from sugar cane for a non-comedogenic solution that enhances surface-level hydration. It can also be used in your hair to repair and protect while adding shine!

  • Good Molecules Hylauronic Acid Serum - This is my go-to serum to add moisture and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I use it twice a day and have noticed such a difference when it comes to my forehead. It’s also great to wear under makeup and I usually skip day moisturizer and go straight to wearing primer. It has two forms of hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights, allowing it to penetrate multiple layers of the skin for deep hydration.

I would love to hear your results if you try one! Leave a comment on my Instagram and or below!
